Transfers and Cancellations

Shorter Training Courses (up to 2 days)

Payment must be received 28 days before the date of a course.  The workshop fee covers all facilitation, training materials (and refreshments when in-person) during the course.

A delegate can cancel a booking on a course or transfer onto another course offered by Kinharvie if we receive notification in writing of their change of plans 15 calendar days or more before the start date of the original course.  Where a cancellation or transfer is made 15 calendar days or more before the course start date, any fees paid will be refunded or credited, less the £25 administration fee.

If a delegate needs to cancel or transfer a booking of a course within 14 and 8 calendar days of the start date of the original course there, will be a charge made of 50% of the standard course fee. 

If a delegate needs to cancel or transfer a booking of a course within 7 calendar days or fewer of the start date of the original course there, will be a charge made of 100% of the standard course fee. 

If we receive no notification before the course starts that a delegate would like to cancel or transfer their booking, 100% of the standard course fee remains payable. 

Longer Training Courses (3 days or more)

A delegate may cancel their booking or transfer onto another course offered by Kinharvie if we receive notification in writing 30 calendar days or more before the start date of the original course. A fee of £75 will apply to cover administration costs.

If a delegate needs to cancel or transfer their booking between 29 and 15 calendar days before the start date of the original course, a charge of 50% of the standard course fee will apply.

If a delegate needs to cancel or transfer their booking within 14 calendar days of the start date of the original course, a charge of 100% of the standard course fee will apply.

If we receive no notification before the course starts that a delegate wishes to cancel or transfer their booking, 100% of the standard course fee remains payable.

Substitutions

For paid courses, we will charge a £25 administration fee if a suitable* substitute person from your organisation wishes to replace the original participant on the same course. Please inform our office of any change to an original booking by emailing info@kinharvie.org.uk.

*Some programmes have minimum requirements for admission.

Free events (including taster sessions and workshops)

Free workshop places are provided to individual named delegates and are limited to a maximum of 4 from any one organisation.

If the named delegate registers for a free event including taster sessions & free workshops and then is unable to attend, the named delegate is required to notify us by email (info@kinharvie.org.uk) as soon as possible and at least 7 calendar days in advance, so we can offer the free place to the next delegate on our waiting list. The named delegate is not at liberty to transfer their place to another delegate.  

Any delegate registered on a free event (including taster sessions & free workshops) who cancels their place with less than 7 calendar days’ notice will be charged a £25 administration fee.  The same administration fee applies to any delegate who fails to provide 7 calendar days and does not attend the workshop.

Bundle Deals

If a delegate books a bundled programme (for example, the Gestalt Coach Training Programme comprising the Foundation and Advanced modules), the discounted bundle fee is offered on the basis that both modules are attended as scheduled.

If a delegate chooses to postpone their attendance at either or both modules to a later date, the bundle discount will no longer apply. In these circumstances, the delegate will be required to pay the standard individual fees applicable at the time of attendance for the Foundation and Advanced modules, together with a £75 administration fee.

This reflects the additional administrative costs associated with changes to bundled bookings.

Where Kinharvie postpones either the Foundation or the Advanced module due to insufficient numbers or for any other reason, the discounted bundle fee will be honoured.
