Many organisational challenges can't be understood by looking at individual people, processes or problems in isolation. The same tensions return, change initiatives lose momentum, and familiar patterns repeat despite everyone's best efforts.
Systemic constellations offer a different perspective. By revealing the wider patterns, relationships and dynamics within an organisation, they can generate fresh insights and open up new possibilities for action.
This practical, experiential workshop provides a safe, confidential space to explore real organisational challenges alongside a small group of peers. Whether you bring your own issue or learn through someone else's, you'll gain new perspectives to inform your leadership.
No previous experience of systemic constellations is required.
Who is this workshop for?
Leaders and managers responsible for people, teams, services or organisational performance who are navigating complexity, uncertainty or change.
What are Systemic Constellations?
Systemic constellations are a facilitated approach to exploring complex organisational and leadership challenges. They create a simple "living map" of a real organisational issue using participants to represent key people, teams or other parts of the wider system. As the map is explored, previously unseen patterns, relationships and dynamics often become visible.
Throughout the session, 3-4 participants will explore their own challenge through a constellation. Everyone else takes an active part, and many find that the insights gained from another person's constellation are directly relevant to their own leadership and organisational context.
